Ian Dickie, Director, Economics for the environment consultancy, spoke about ‘What is Natural Capital’

Mark Pearson, Chief Executive, Surrey Connects, spoke about ‘The importance of natural capital to businesses’

Sarah Jane Chimbwandira, Director, Surrey Nature Partnership, spoke about ‘Naturally Richer: A Natural Capital Investment Strategy for Surrey’

The purpose of the seminar was to attract a diverse group of attendees, from established developers to new business start-ups and representatives from other businesses. The aim was to give the attendees a shared and clear indication of what needs to be done to engender positive change and of its own relevance to each participant’s particular business.

The event was hugely successful with in excess of 40 delegates attending.
